As part of Generac's PowerManager Digital Control Platform, the PowerManager G-100 controller is the most advanced single genset controller in the industry. With a 32-bit microprocessor, the G-100 controls all engine protective features and provides digital governor control and digital voltage/frequency control.

Integrated PLC logic and programming capability, multiple user defined inputs and outputs, communication via Modbus or CANBus, remote display capability and simple touch screen programming make the G-100 the most flexible and easy to use controller on the market. The PowerManager G-100 comes with a built-in modem with dial out capability for remote interface using our optional GenLink software and includes features such as remote software updating, alarm and event logging with real time stamping and. built-in diagnostics.

PowerManager H-100 Controller

The PowerManager H-100 digital controller is not only ahead of the competition, it's ahead of it's time. With 32-bit processing power, this advanced controller integrates multiple functions including two-way communication with the automatic transfer switch, isochronous engine speed control and automatic voltage regulation with over-voltage protection and variable voltage/frequency settings. Two, 4-line x 20-character LCD displays keep the operator well informed of all vital functions, including alternator frequency, kW, kVA, power factor and three phase voltage.

This innovative digital controller comes equipped with Ethernet, RS232 and RS485 communication ports and is capable of remote monitoring and adjustment with the addition of an optional modem and GenLink software. With additional features such as built-in PLC functions for user inputs and outputs, data logging, trending and automatic service reminders, it's easy to see why the PowerManager H-100 is at the head of its class.
